Remove direction, time, and minimum-amount filters. These filters narrow the rows already returned; they do not request a complete historical archive. A transaction outside the loaded window will remain absent even with All loaded dates selected.

For Ethereum, confirm you expected native ETH. Token transfers, NFTs, DeFi balances, and complete internal-call history are not included in this scan. Use the linked explorer’s appropriate view when those are the subject of your question.

Keep a short note of what you checked and where the evidence stops. If the full explorer also does not show the expected transaction, return to the sending service’s record and verify whether it actually supplied a network transaction ID.
